Drivers can send the pump slip on WhatsApp. The office can upload it. OCR reads Hindi and English where the photo is clear. If the litres, amount, date or vehicle are unclear, the slip stays in review.

Blurred photos, two possible trucks, a missing date, or a figure that conflicts with another record.
What a vehicle feed adds
When Tata Fleet Edge or another configured feed is connected, status, location, fuel, DEF and odometer can sit beside the slip. That is context for a check, not proof that every missing litre will be found.
