A toll receipt or a reviewed FASTag statement row can be saved as an operating cost, linked to the vehicle and the trip when that match is clear. JC Fleet does not log in to a FASTag issuer, fetch live deductions, or file a dispute.

The amount stays with the vehicle and trip reference your team confirms, so settlement does not depend on a separate chat search.
What this is not
It is not an automatic match against a bank or issuer file, and it does not reopen a missed dispute window.
