JC Fleet provides fleet operations, WhatsApp document processing, and accounting workspace software for transport companies. We are committed to transparency in how operational records, uploaded receipts, and contact inquiries are collected and handled.
2. Information We Handle
- Contact Inquiries: When you request a walkthrough or contact us, you provide your name, business phone number, and fleet size. The team uses this information to follow up on your request and answer your questions. The form opens a WhatsApp draft for you to send; contacting the team by WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s terms and privacy policy.
- Fleet & Operational Data: Customers using the workspace input vehicle identifiers, driver assignments, trip logs, and expense records.
- Document Intake & OCR: Fuel receipts, toll slips, weighbridge tickets, and challans uploaded directly or sent via connected WhatsApp channels are processed to extract structured figures. Originals and extracted results are handled as workspace records. Storage and retention arrangements depend on the service configuration and your organization’s agreement.
- Telemetry: Vehicle status, fuel levels, DEF, and odometer records obtained via connected fleet tracking feeds (such as Tata Motors Fleet Edge) are used to update dashboard views and trigger operational alerts.
3. Data Ownership & Confidentiality
Customers are responsible for having permission to submit operational records, receipts and driver contact information. Access, confidentiality and permitted processing of customer records are governed by the organization’s service agreement and applicable law. Connected WhatsApp, OCR and vehicle-feed providers may process information under their own terms.
4. Retention & Deletion
Contact the team to request access, correction, an export or deletion of your information. The team will confirm what is available for your workspace and whether contractual, accounting or legal retention requirements apply. This website does not set a universal retention period for every customer configuration.
