1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the JC Fleet website (jcfleet.com) and workspace services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Workspace Access & Responsibilities

Authorized workspace users must safeguard login credentials and maintain confidentiality of their operational accounts. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of uploaded slips, manual expense entries, and driver assignments.

3. Document OCR & Human Review

JC Fleet provides automated OCR for Hindi and English receipts, bills, and certificates. Automated extraction provides suggestions based on image clarity; critical financial entries and disputed calculations must be verified by your team through the review workflow before final posting.

4. External Integrations

Functionality integrating WhatsApp Business API, GPS/telemetry hardware, and third-party tracking feeds depends on the continued availability of those respective third-party services and valid credentials provided by the customer.

5. Limitation of Liability

JC Fleet provides software tools to assist in fleet recordkeeping and calculation. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. In no event shall JC Fleet or JC Tech Labs be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from operational delays or fuel/toll discrepancies.
